Federal Judge Orders End of Kellogg Lockout in Memphis

Kellogg Co. employees who have for nine months been locked out of a cereal plant in Memphis, Tenn., must be allowed to work again, a federal judge ruled Wednesday. The order requires the Battle Creek-based company to allow the 226 employees to return within five days.
