Judges to Hear Same-Sex Marriage Cases From Other States on Same Day as Michigan

Michigan's landmark gay marriage case is among six in which oral arguments will be heard Aug. 6 by the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. The arguments will be heard by a panel of three judges: Jeffrey S. Sutton, Deborah L. Cook and Martha Craig Daughtrey.
