KALAMAZOO, MI -- The Kalamazoo City Commission on Tuesday issued a six-month moratorium on billboards in Kalamazoo. Commissioners approved the moratorium in a 5-0 vote. Vice Mayor Hannah McKinney and Commissioner Bob Cinabro were absent.
