KALAMAZOO, MI -- Kalamazoo City Commissioners on Monday unanimously approved allocating another $160,000 in the city's fight to clean up contaminated soil on the Allied Paper site in Kalamazoo's Edison neighborhood. The approval brings the city's allocation toward lobbying and advocacy for removal of the toxic soil up to $360,000.
