The DDA is projected to have a shortfall in three areas of its tax-increment financing budget: about $94,000 in property value adjustments, about $51,000 from changing the way it calculates TIF captures and $51,000 it anticipates in paying out to businesses that filed for a Michigan Tax Tribunal appeal.
