Nearly $3.5-million has been allocated by city government and philanthropic groups to upgrade Kellogg Arena over five years
The W.K. Kellogg Foundation will contribute $350,000 for upgrades at Kellogg Arena as the facility undergoes millions of dollars in repairs.
