Kellogg Co.'s revenue fell 3.1% in the first quarter as consumers in developed markets continued to turn away from breakfast cereal. The maker of Special K, Pringles and Pop-Tarts said it expects sales to resume growth in the current quarter after the company invested more in advertising.
