Hundreds of Kellogg employees in Memphis have been locked out for nine months in an ongoing labor dispute

Kellogg Co.'s request to dismiss a suit over the company's lockout in Memphis was denied this week. U.S. District Judge Samuel H. Mays ruled Monday the National Labor Relations Board's New Orleans office can file a petition against the Battle Creek-based company because the board's general counsel can delegate the authority to any regional director.
