Michigan Farmers Raise Concerns About New Federal Water Rules

Proposed revisions to water regulations by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Army Corps of Engineers have Michigan farmers wondering whether they'll eventually be harvesting more bureaucracy, delays and costs than crops.
