KALAMAZOO, MI - The Western Michigan University community will choose from among five concepts unveiled Tuesday evening for its new Valley Dining Facility -- but all five will preserve the Goldsworth Valley Woods. The proposed 67,000-square-foot dining facility will feature nine "micro-restaurants," serving everything from comfort food, deli and salad options, Italian, Latin and Asian cuisine and, of course, dessert.
