The dispensary's owner says he's closing for now on the advice of his lawyer after a ruling Friday by the Michigan Supreme Court.
OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI -- The Med Joint Community Compassion Center in Kalamazoo County's Oshtemo Township has closed, at least temporarily, founder Kevin Spitler said Friday. "As far as I am aware that doesn't constitute a sale, so this doesn't change anything back from when the court of appeals said the same thing," Spitler said earlier.
