An oil pipeline protester was ordered released on bond Tuesday after being charged with a felony. Christopher Wahmhoff, 35, of Kalamazoo, was arraigned in Calhoun County District Court Tuesday afternoon on a charge of resisting police -- a felony with a maximum sentence of two years in prison -- and tresspassing, a 90-day misdemeanor.
