Rev. Horace Sheffield, a congressional candidate hoping to beat U.S. Rep. John Conyers, D-Detroit, in the August primary, may have found the perfect solution. The Detroit Democrat is challenging the petition signatures filed by Conyers, claiming that two of the people circulating petitions for the 49-year veteran of Congress weren't registered voters when they collected the signatures.
