State Senate committee to look into teacher unions' compliance with "right to work" law

LANSING - A new state Senate committee formed this week will look at how teacher unions are complying with Michigan's controversial right-to-work law. Sen. Arlan Meekhof, R-West Olive, was one of the sponsors of the law and is distressed that some teachers have had a hard time quitting their unions.
