Survey finds local government officials expect moderate impacts from "right to work" law

LANSING - Michigan's local government officials expect the right-to-work law will have a fairly limited effect on their municipality's fiscal health, ability to attract and retain workers and businesses, and their relationship with unions, according to a new report.
