Two Sierra Club lawsuits in Holland consolidated into one

Two separate lawsuits from the Sierra Club against the city of Holland and the Holland Board of Public Works have been consolidated into one for trial by a federal judge in Kalamazoo. BPW General Manager Dave Koster said the suits are roughly five years old but would not comment on the pending litigation beyond that; discussion of such litigation is exempt from Michigan's Open Meetings Act.
