VICKSBURG, MI - The village of Vicksburg is hoping that two bond sales will help right its shaky budget and put its finances in order. Faced with $3.6 million in debt, but cleared by the state to deal with its deficit, the village expects to issue two bonds that will help refinance old debts, make need infrastructure improvements and maybe spark some development that in turn would bring in more tax revenue to the village.
