KALAMAZOO, MI - A national organization has named Western Michigan University's program to help foster care youth as among the best in the nation. The Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP) chose WMU's Center for Fostering Success as one of 15 programs "making a critical difference" for foster care youth in the United States.
