KALAMAZOO, MI - Policy and procedural changes continue at the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety a year after the results of a racial profiling study were released. The study, released in September 2013, found that black motorists were more than twice as likely as whites to be pulled over in the city of Kalamazoo.
